the prices include: use of kitchen, appliances,furnishings, tools, of all equipment for the preparation and consumption of meal, those relating to electricity (use of air conditioning/heating is not included, it is counted by use, by unit counter 0,25€/kw), gas and water.
-final cleaning cost is 30 euros to be paid at the delivery of keys. (Cleaning the bathroom, the kitchen, bbq and the garbage' differentiation are however charged to the client).
- linen and towels are included in the rental price in low season for short periods (one week o less).
for longer periods, and in high season, if the guest is not equipped, the cost is 10 euro per person to be paid at the delivery of keys
Pets
it is forbidden bring animals inside the apartment.
Arrival and departure
the apartment is available from 10.00 On arrival day (flexible according to the needs of both sides), the same shall be released, unless otherwise agreed, by 13.00 The day following the last night (flexible according to the needs of both sides) .
Number of people
in neither case is allowed the lodging to people exceeding the number specified at the time of booking, unless previously agreed. For such a case, in fact, there is a price increase. The manager reserves the right to deny entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed.
